Here is another great detox/weight loss drink. And another way to spruce up water. I stuck with this one longer than the other one and might bring it back again one of these days, it's a great summer drink!
Ingredients:
Water
1 Medium Cucumber (peeled and thinly sliced)
1 Lemon (thinly sliced)
Mint Leaves
1 Teaspoon of Freshly Grated Ginger
Add all ingredients to a pitcher and let steep overnight in the fridge. Pour over ice & enjoy! It has a very subtle flavor and can be enjoyed daily.
